Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using EZPack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Provision of Service
EZPack is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
SUPER DETAILED DISCLAIMER: EZPack, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if EZPack has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service. We are absolutely not responsible for any losses faced due to bugs, downtime, data loss, misconfigurations, hardware failure, or unauthorized access to this application. You agree to indemnify and hold EZPack harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
4. User Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
5. Data Ownership and Licensing
You retain all rights to the data (including videos, images, and order data) you process through EZPack. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and display that data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
6. Modifications to Service
EZPack reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that EZPack shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
